Welcome to Bespoke Devon! Before you embark on your journey to our exquisite holiday homes, please take a moment to review our terms and conditions outlined below. By proceeding with your booking, you agree to adhere to these terms.

Checking In and Out

• Check-in Time: Between 16:00 and 21:00
• Checkout Time: Before 10:00

During Your Stay

• Maximum Occupancy: Please check the details for each property as occupancy limits may vary.
• One property is dog-friendly, while others do not allow pets. Please verify before booking.

Additional Rules

• Only whole-week bookings accepted during high summer.
• Self check-in available with a lockbox.

Before You Leave

• Gather used towels.
• Dispose of rubbish.
• Return keys.

Payment Schedule

• A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 60 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
• 50% refund if cancelled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
• No refund if cancelled after.

Security Deposit

• A pre-authorisation is held on your payment card 0 days before arrival and voided 7 days after departure.

Property-Specific Details

• One of our properties is dog-friendly, with dogs allowed by arrangement for £30 per dog per week or short stay.
